A gem of a jewellery brand
I have always had a huge love for jewellery and am always on the look out for a new item to add to my collection! A brand I’ve been really excited by this year is Estella Bartlett. I’ve bought myself a few of their pieces and like them so much, and get so many compliments whenever I wear them, I thought I’d share them all with you!
I first came by Estella Bartlett jewellery when shopping in a small boutique in Westerham whilst on a day trip with my parents. My mum saw a pretty beaded bracelet in the window and thought it would be perfect for me. And how right she was! I love neutral / light coloured accessories, and the silvery grey threads and silver metal beads make it really wearable with any outfit and for any occasion. I also have quite small wrists (shame about the rest of me!!) so the drawstring design is great, as sometimes pre-sized bracelets are too big for me.
They also had a lovely necklace in similar style and colours. Again it features the silvery grey threads, and silver beads, however the beads are sort of X-shaped, rather than round. They sit on top of each other and interlink so the light bounces off and looks very pretty and sparkly, almost as if there were diamante type stones laid in as well. The drawstring threads mean that you can make the necklace longer / shorter depending on your desired finish, showing as much or as little of the threads as you like.
A couple of months later we went to The Spirit of Summer fair at Olympia, and found Estella Bartlett had a stand there. There were so many gorgeous pieces and lots of little friendship bracelets, and I was really drawn to the “Wish” bracelets. They’re so pretty and delicate and I love the little star beads running along them! I couldn’t decide between the pink and the navy colour, so as they were only £5 each, decided the pick-up both! I’m so glad I did too as they look so gorgeous layered up together! They both look really nice worn with my original round-bead bracelet too.
I’ve seen that Estella Bartlett is also sold in John Lewis too and has loads of pretty charm necklaces in the collection, so think one of those will be on my hit list next!
