I like nothing more than an after work trip to Primark. I seriously get a little antsy if I don’t go at least every couple of weeks! Although I’m trying to save money at the moment, I do like a look around and am quite happy even if I come away with nothing! Recently however there have been a few pieces I just could not leave on the shelf, and most of them are Disney, Harry Potter or Jurassic World related. Oh Primark your merchandise is soooo goooood!!!
Harry Potter PJ Bottoms – £8
Primark pyjamas are the stuff of legends and I legit gave out a little squeal when I saw these! I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and could not resist these Marauders Map patterned leggings. They’re so comfy and I love the stripy cuffed trouser legs and gold H sewn on the right leg. And you always need new pyjamas right?! Totally a practical purchase. Mischief managed.
Jurassic World T-Shirt – £6
I am possibly the world’s biggest Jurassic Park fan and was beyond excited when Jurassic World came out a couple of months ago. My dad always promised me if ever Jurassic Park became a reality he would take me so seeing it come alive on the Big Screen was a big deal to me and I could not miss the opportunity to nab a JW t-shirt to feel like I really did visit. It’s super soft and has gorgeous roll sleeves which I love. Although I will likely wear it as a pyjama top the mottled grey colour would also look really cool for wearing In Real Life too.
Jurassic World PJ Bottoms – £7
Well of course I couldn’t leave these on the shelf! Although the same size as the Harry Potter PJ leggings, these ones are a lot baggier which is quite nice for if you know you’re going to be around other people when wearing your pjs and don’t want them to see the entire outline of your legs and bum! I absolutely ADORE the print which shows the emblems of each of the different rides and attractions depicted in Jurassic World. Literally the best £7 I’ve spend this year!
Disney Grey Mickey & Minnie Pumps – £10
2015 has been the year of Disney Magic at Primark. So much amazing merchandise! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw these Mickey and Minnie printed grey pumps. LOOK HOW COOL THEY ARE! I realise they’re quite an acquired taste (and my boyfriend said they’re the worst thing I’ve ever bought EVER) but I LOVE them! I really wanted the Disney Vans range which came out earlier this year but couldn’t justify the £52 price tag so these £10 beauties are the perfect substitute.
Disney Mickey Mouse Trainers – £10
Well of course I couldn’t just buy one pair of Disney trainers! I really liked these Mickey white lace up pumps and think the red detailing is so cute.
White Padlock Cross Body Bag – £7
I love a white bag and was so disappointed at the beginning of summer when I missed out on a beautiful white leather cross over bag in the Modalu sale. I thought this Primark bargain would be a good alternative and think the silver padlock detailing is really cute. It’s actually really roomy inside too despite its small size.
Black and White Check Shirt – £8
AW has definitely hit Primark and I even saw some Christmas candles on sale the other day! I really liked this monochrome plaid shirt and it’s been a really nice alternative for a denim shirt. The fabric is super soft and it’s the sort of piece I can wear year round. It was also only £8! Bravo Primark, bravo! I’ll definitely be picking it up in a few more colours.
Flannels – 3 for £2.50
A bit of a boring but actually practical and necessary purchase! These white flannels are a right bargain at 3 for £2.50 and are really really soft.
Pineapple Print False Nails – £1
At £1 a pop why wouldn’t you buy pineapple printed fake nails?! These are so cute and fun, and great for making a statement with this summers “in print” with minimal effort. Yes, summer is pretty much over but these nails will definitely perk up a grey autumn day too!
I really love reading and watching other people’s Primark hauls to see what gems they’ve been buying, so please leave your links below so I can have a nosy at your recent purchases!
