Another day, another Barry M nail polish!
I’ve posted before about how much I love the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paints, so I was super excited when rifling through my extensive nail polish collection and stumbled across Blue Grape. I actually bought this months ago and then must have put it in my nail varnish basket and completely forgotten about it (you know you’ve got too many when….) I can’t believe I forgot about this bad boy as it is an absolute STUNNER!
As I found with the other Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paints, Blue Grape applies well and dries with a gorgeous glossy finish. I used 2 coats here and as you can see, its a really nice smooth and pretty even finish.
I really love this colour, it’s so bright and pigmented! Blue Grape is apparently a great dupe for Nails Inc Baker Street, which I LOVE! I never find Nails Inc polishes last very long on my nails though, so am loathe to splash out £11 a bottle, but find Barry M polishes usually last well, and for only £3.99 you can’t go wrong!
This is such a fab colour – its nice and bright for summer, but also bold enough for winter wear; fun for going out and smart enough for wearing to work. Winner all round!
Do you have Nails Inc Baker Street? How does it compare to Barry M Blue Grape?
