Midweek Manicure // Nails Inc Gel Effect - Covent Garden Place

went to an awards dinner for work at the end of last week so decided to paint my nails a more mainstream colour than my usual bright blue or green to better suit the black tie dress code. I received Nails Inc Covent Garden Place in my last Love Me Beauty box and decided it was a good time to try it out as, not typically being a fan of pink nails or Nails Inc polishes, I wasn't sure when else I'd wear it. To my surprise I absolutely LOVED this polish and found the Nails Inc formula actually worked well on my nails for once! Hurrah!

Covent Garden Place is one of their Gel Effect nail polishes which I've not tried before. The finish is absolutely stunning and probably the best gel effect finish I've used - it's just so shiny! It makes my nails looked really healthy and with an even, plump finish just as they would have had I really had a gel manicure.

I really like the colour of Covent Garden Place - it's a super bright red toned pink, far brighter than it looks in the bottle, but still extremely wearable, and perfect for work occasions.

The formula works far better on my nails than the usual Nails Inc polishes - it applies evenly and thicker than normal and also lasts so much longer - I usually find Nails Inc polishes chip within a day! I'll definitely go for their Gel Effect polishes in future.

I'm so happy to have been surprised by how much I like this polish, and will definitely be wearing it again I'm the future. Although summer is over and it would look amazing in the sunshine, it's also a great polish for wearing at work to brighten up a dreary day - especially as I know it's formula will withstand tapping away on my keyboard. Hurrah!

Have you tried any of the Nails Inc Gel Effect polishes?

What other colours do I need to get my mitts on?
